Overview
One Stage, Many Worlds—No Passport Necessary
Mercury invites you on a thrilling voyage with Hémisphères—a concert that celebrates the power of music to transcend geography, language, and time. From fiery rhythms to meditative soundscapes, this genre-defying program brings together voices from around the world in one dynamic performance.
Featuring guest artists Denis Plante on bandoneón and cellist Stéphane Tétreault, this vibrant program is emotional, adventurous, and unlike anything you've heard before.
This concert is made possible in part by the Houston Endowment, the Brown Foundation, the Cullen Trust for the Performing Arts, the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance, and by supporters like you.
