You’ve probably never heard these Beethoven works with an orchestra before…
The world has changed so much since Beethoven’s time – yet even 250 years after his birth, his music still holds great power over us. We’re commemorating this important birthday by pairing lessor-performed works of great beauty with some of Beethoven’s most famous solo piano themes in new arrangements by Artistic Director Antoine Plante.
Experience what happens when you inject the richness and fullness of the orchestra sound into some of the world’s most famous melodies like the ‘Pathetique’ and ‘Moonlight’ piano sonatas. It’s as if you’re hearing them new again.
